Find tools and strategies that will help you reach your goals

Our brains have neuroplasticity. That’s just a big word that means you have the power to improve and change your brain by learning new behaviors and paths of thinking. As coaches we will work with you to re-train your brain.

The Coach

The role of the coach is to identify your strengths and make them stronger. Your strengths are what make you a unique and creative human being. They provide the momentum necessary to catalyze you towards immediate success and progress.

As coaches, we will spend very little time on your weaknesses, which we refer to as challenges. We don't let what you can't do get in the way of what you can.

The Client

Your partnership with a coach begins with intention. You must be committed to making a change in your life for a coaching relationship to be successful. Coaching will challenge your beliefs.

Because it's about you, the agenda in coaching is yours. You are accountable to yourself. It's a responsibility you make to yourself to move forward in your life and to help you reach your potential.

For Parents

Every kid puts off doing homework. Every kid has an "off day" when he/she just can't follow through. But when it becomes a constant source of tension, fights, defiance and academic failures, parents need to take action.

When you learn how to help your ADHD or Executive Functioning-challenged child, they become motivated and cooperative and the entire household benefits.
